Ora Members – End User License Agreement (EULA) & Acceptable Use Policy

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Ora Members mobile application (“App”), including its blog and discussion forum features (the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. License Grant
Ora Members grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable Apple App Store and Google Play terms.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content
Ora Members maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or abusive conduct
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Threats or incitement of violence
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Content exploiting minors
- Defamatory or unlawful content
- Spam, scams, or misleading information
Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behaviour will be subject to immediate removal and permanent account termination.
3. Content Monitoring & Filtering
To protect users, Ora Members implements:
- Automated content filtering systems to detect prohibited language and harmful content
- Manual moderation of reported posts and discussions
- User reporting tools within the App

4. 24-Hour Review & Enforcement Commitment
Ora Members commits to reviewing all reported objectionable content within 24 hours of receiving a report.
If content is determined to violate this Agreement:
- The content will be removed promptly; and
- The responsible user account will be suspended or permanently terminated.
Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you confirm that it complies with this Agreement and applicable laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this Agreement, without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
Ora Members does not endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for user opinions expressed within the blog or forum. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
